OUR MISSION

Husky Sales Club is a student-led RSO. Our mission is to connect exceptional students with exceptional employers; we aim to provide students seeking a career in sales with opportunities to begin developing their careers. We do this by hosting events on Tuesday evenings for students to network and interact with business professionals.




DRESS CODE

As one of UW's most professional organizations, we hold our members accountable for representing themselves with poise and class in the presence of the companies we have worked hard to network with. That said, it is highly recommended that you wear business casual attire to all of our meetings (unless you're coming straight from class or the library), especially at events such as "Meet & Mingle" and the "HSC Career Fair." Look good, feel good...right?  


SHOULD I BRING MY RESUME?

TUESDAY MEETINGS: It depends...Are you interested in the company presenting? If so, definitely bring your resume and/or business card to network afterwards. 
CAREER FAIR: Most definitely bring your resume, especially if you are not going to be included in our annual resume booklet! 


HOW TO JOIN

Here are a few things you can do:

  • Attend a meeting: students who are interested in joining Husky Sales Club are allowed to attend one meeting for free before signing up. We have a check-in form at the beginning of each meeting, so students can sign up and fill out the necessary information.

  • Pay a membership fee: If students would like to continue attending meetings and take advantage of our membership benefits, they will be directed on the check-in form to Venmo Husky Sales Club a membership fee (price will be listed on the form).

  • Sign up for our newsletter: To stay up to date on events, get reminders for meetings and information on speakers, students should sign up for our newsletter! (We promise not to flood your inbox) Also be sure to follow us on Instagram @huskysalesclub and on LinkedIn for updates and networking information.
